At Suzano, our journey toward customer-centricity continues. In October, Suzano Biopulp Services took a major step forward by hosting a masterclass in Albany, NY, and Appleton, WI, to discuss “Creating a Resilient Future through the Power of Eucalyptus Fiber”. Representatives from 12 customer companies joined us, totaling nearly 50 participants. This event connected our team of experts with customers, fostering meaningful engagement and collaboration on sustainable solutions.
During the masterclass, we had the opportunity to listen to customer insights, explore their challenges, and showcase the versatility of our eucalyptus pulp as a high-performance alternative to traditional softwood pulp. The Biopulp Services team, including Education, Sustainability, and Development — supports customers in incorporating eucalyptus fiber into various paper applications, such as flexible packaging, high-strength tissue, and specialty papers.
Key themes included the pulp market outlook, Suzano’s Biopulp portfolio, refining, chemical solutions, and machine set-up optimization, as well as the strength of collaboration in sustainability. We were also fortunate to partner with Ecolabo, whose innovative technologies and solutions underscored the potential of eucalyptus pulp for sustainable progress.
